These terms apply when you use PearlyScan at pearlyscan.com. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Who operates PearlyScan

PearlyScan is a service of Adscharter Advertising Service, a business registered in Singapore (UEN 53462323M), adscharter.com. "We" and "us" in these terms mean that business. Payments appear on your statement as PEARLYSCAN.COM.

What PearlyScan is

PearlyScan is an entertainment and cosmetic-interest tool. You upload a photo of your smile and our AI estimates how white your teeth appear, returning a score out of 100, a shade name, cosmetic observations, and general tooth-brightening suggestions.

PearlyScan is not a dental, medical, or diagnostic service. It does not detect cavities, gum disease, oral cancer, alignment issues, or any health condition, and it is not a substitute for examination by a licensed dentist. The score is a subjective cosmetic estimate produced by an AI model from a single photograph; lighting, camera quality, and angle all affect it. Never delay or avoid seeking professional dental advice because of anything PearlyScan tells you.

What we sell

The smile scan, whiteness score, and shade name are free. For a one-time payment of $4.99 USD you can unlock the Full Report for that scan, which contains the AI's detailed cosmetic observations and a personalized brightening plan. This is a digital product delivered instantly in your browser. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Your unlocked report is remembered on the device and browser you purchased with; clearing your browser storage or switching devices may require a new purchase. See our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

• Upload photos of yourself, or of someone who has agreed to it.
• Don't upload photos of children.
• Don't upload illegal, explicit, or abusive imagery, or anyone else's photo without their permission.
• Don't attempt to overload, scrape, resell, or reverse-engineer the service.

We may rate-limit or block use that appears automated or abusive, in order to keep the service running for everyone.

Availability and changes

We provide PearlyScan on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it, including pricing, at any time. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the AI's estimate is accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to PearlyScan is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the previous twelve months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make about dental treatment or purchases based on the service.
